A series of literary, photographic, artistic and culinary hikings in the heart of Dolomites. Organised by the UNESCO Dolomites Foundation in the mountain huts of the region, “Incontri d’alt(r)a quota” will be back next summer in some of the most scenographic alpine cabins of the Dolomites.
The programme includes the participation of the writer Matteo Righetto, in a literary hike to the Rifugio Città di Fiume (BL), under the north face of the Pelmo: Michelin-starred chef Alessandro Gilmozzi will give life to a show-cooking about the culinary uses of spontaneous herbs of the Dolomites at the Pordenone Refuge, in the Friulian Dolomites; at the Antermoia Refuge (TN) it will be the turn of the watercolours of painter Silvia De Bastiani, while the technical and aesthetic experience of photographer Moreno Geremetta will stop at the Alpe di Tires cabin (BZ).
All the events will take place in compliance with Covid 19 mitigation measures, including the need to limit participation to a maximum number of participants, which may vary depending on the activity proposed. For this reason, it’s warmly recommended to book in advance.
