The Italian events & live industry starts again with weddings in the heart of Tuscany
Italy for Weddings – the CBItalia division dedicated to the wedding segment – is working to give shape to new projects.
Thanks to the partnership with Convention Bureau Terre di Siena, which has joined the Italy for Weddings project, a series of activities in the area linked to the seasonal adjustment of Italian weddings will begin on 22 February.
The first stage will involve a photo shoot through all the most evocative places in Siena, in which the protagonists will be both the excellence of the territory and the wedding fashion, thanks to the dresses of some of the stylistic masters of the segment such as Elisabetta Polignano, Bellantuono, Maison Signore and Carlo Pignatelli.
Photographer Frank Catucci will bring the images to life, wedding planner & make-up artist Marta Mizzotti will add colour to the protagonists of the shots and Elisa Nascimbene will give an international stylistic touch to the upcoming Italy for Weddings campaigns.
“We’re picking up where we left off with We Experience Italy, in Siena, famous for the Palio but also for its medieval red brick buildings, Piazza del Campo and the Torre del Mangia,” comments Laura D’Ambrosio, division manager of Italy for Weddings. “There is a lot of talk these days about how the entire event industry will have to reshape its offer, redesigning the experiences to be offered in terms of luxury and exclusivity. Not only that, but also small, outdoor and safety. Italy is an ideal destination for promoting activities with these characteristics, rich as it is in thousands of small, exclusive gems such as boutique hotels, private villas and museums and villages. And the wedding segment is the one that fully embodies the taste for luxury, for the intimate, for the exclusive”.
“It is precisely around these new structural paradigms of post-Covid events that we base our strategy, which began with We Experience Italy, of creating ambitious promotional projects designed for a limited number of people and in full compliance with health regulations”.
