Voihotels‘ growth continues with the new management of Voi Tropea Beach Resort, which will open its doors in mid-June after a complete renovation, becoming part of the collection of leisure hotels that make quality, professionalism and respect for tradition their hallmarks.
The property is located on the Costa degli Dei in Parghelia, a few kilometres from Tropea, in a strategic area for exploring the surrounding area and visiting the many beauties of Southern Italy: the Aeolian Islands, Pizzo and other places of renowned historical, natural and artistic interest.
The resort has 112 completely refurbished rooms in a modern and elegant style, distributed in one-storey buildings, each with a veranda to guarantee guests maximum privacy and relaxation. There is also ample outdoor space with a semi-Olympic-size freshwater pool, completely renovated sports facilities and play areas for children.
The Voi Tropea Beach in Calabria becomes part of the Alpitour Group’s hotel chain
Immersed in a park of Mediterranean vegetation covering an area of 40 thousand square metres, the resort overlooks a stretch of sea with a gently sloping sandy beach, which makes it particularly suitable for families with children thanks to the availability of large triple and family rooms as well as a rich programme of services and activities to suit all age groups. Voi4Family is expressly designed to allow parents to make the most of their stay.
In line with the Voihotels chain’s philosophy, the new resort will offer a menu featuring organic, zero-kilometre, vegan and gluten-free products and will be part of the Gstc (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) certification plan for energy saving.
Currently 10 Voihotels facilities in Italy already comply with the standards and requirements set by Gstc for socially, economically and culturally sustainable tourism.
Moreover, in accordance with the Sicuri con Voi protocol drawn up by Voihotels, in place since last summer, the Voi Tropea Beach will protect guests and employees with daily measures of prevention and sanitation of the environment.
The agreement for the management of the Voi Tropea Beach Resort covers a nine-year period and is part of the Alpitour Group‘s broader strategy, which sees Voihotels as one of its key growth assets, with the aim of making the hotel division an increasingly strong and structured player in the hospitality sector.
