Sagra dei Crotti, Chiavenna
4-5 and 11-12 September. Six food and wine itineraries in the heart of Valchiavenna to discover the area’s traditions and taste typical products in the various crotti scattered around the village.
Eroico Rosso, Tirano
Weekend 10-12 September. The seventh edition of Eroico Rosso will see the participation of 27 wineries producing Sforzato. Tourists will be able to immerse themselves in this experience, which will take place inside three elegant buildings in Tirano’s historic centre.

Gourmet Trail, Livigno
16 September. Now in its 5th edition, the Sentiero Gourmet accompanies tourists to discover the best of Livigno and Valtellina cuisine. The path is divided into 5 stages, for 3 km, and in the different stations set up by the Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of Livigno you can taste delicious gourmet finger food. Winelab & Food, Chiavenna
18 September. A day entirely dedicated to the famous wines of Valtellina and aimed at getting to know the Nebbiolo delle Alpi. Tourists will be able to meet local producers and find out what lies behind the fine Valtellina wines, all in the beautiful setting of Chiavenna.

Taste of Valtellina, Lower Valtellina
19 September. During the Valtellina Bike Festival, cycling enthusiasts can combine their passion for bikes with their love of good food. This is a route that passes through some of the most famous places in the lower Valtellina, from Morbegno to Val Gerola passing through Traona, cyclists will have the opportunity to discover breathtaking landscapes while cycling and stopping at various refreshment points for tasty breaks. Autumn flavours, Val Masino
25-26 September, 2-3, 9-10 October. Another food and wine event, this time in the heart of Val Masino. Here, eating is an authentic sensory journey: not only will taste be satisfied, but also sight. Pizzocchero d’oro and Autumn Flavours Weekend, Teglio
Every weekend from September to November. The food and wine festival will take place in all participating restaurants and farmhouses in the area. The main event of the review will be the Pizzocchero d’oro (Golden Pizzocchero), where, for every weekend in September, tourists will be able to taste the famous dish of Valtellina just as the Accademia del Pizzocchero teaches. For the months of October and November, on the other hand, the undisputed protagonists of the Valtellina weekends will be dishes based on mushrooms, game and more. Reservations recommended.

Polenta delights, Val Tartano
30 and 31 October and every weekend in November. A series of events dedicated to the world of polenta and presented by the Accademia della polenta. Hotels and restaurants in the area will create menus where polenta will be the undisputed queen of the dishes. Overnight accommodation is available for all those who wish to spend a relaxing weekend.
