The location is set among the hills of the Val di Chiana in Arezzo, in an area with a high vocation for olive growing and with more than 1,000 centuries-old olive trees. The oil produced here has been recognised as a Slow Food Presidium, a certification applied to safeguard the production of gastronomic excellence, testifying to the efforts and passion invested in respecting and enhancing the environment and the territory. No less than 11 hectares are dedicated to wine production, which has always been attentive to quality and environmentally sustainable.
The Podere La Doccia farmhouse is the result of the renovation of an 18th century farmhouse, equipped with photovoltaic and solar panels for the production of electricity and water heating. The offer in terms of accommodation is designed precisely to meet every need of the traveler. There are 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including a suite with a heated Jacuzzi on a private outdoor balcony, and 2 flats, one of which is fully accessible and barrier-free, as well as a swimming pool at the complete disposal of guests.
